This website uses cookies so that it works and so that we can adapt its content. Analytics cookies are loaded only with your consent — until you give it, the site loads no analytics or marketing cookies at all.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the browser to be recognised and the page to be displayed correctly and according to your preferences. They usually contain the name of the site they come from, the time they were stored and their own number.
There are two types. Session cookies are temporary and stay on the device until you close the browser. Persistent cookies stay on the device for the period set in them, or until you delete them yourself.
Which cookies we use
- Necessary — they remember your cookie choice and enable the basic functions of the site. Without them the site would not work properly, so they are always loaded.
- Administration login — these concern site administrators only, not ordinary visitors.
- Analytics — they help us understand what visitors are interested in and improve the structure and content of the site. We use Google Analytics for this. They load only after your consent; without it the Google tag is not written into the page at all.
Which cookies the site actually stores
The full list is below. The site stores no other cookies for ordinary visitors.
- raj_consent — necessary, set by this site. Remembers whether you accepted or declined, so that we do not ask again on every page. Lifetime 1 year.
- _ga — analytics, set by Google. Used to distinguish individual visitors. Lifetime 2 years.
- _ga_18W902P0DV — analytics, set by Google. Keeps the state of the visit. Lifetime 2 years.
- If you have not given consent, or you have withdrawn it, only raj_consent is stored. No Google cookies are created in that case, because the Google tag is never loaded.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. What interests us is which pages people read, where they came from and what kind of device they used — not who you are.
We also measure submissions of the contact form, requests for the discount code, and clicks on the Book button. Only the fact that it happened is recorded, not what you typed into the form.
The data may also be processed on servers outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Details are in the privacy policy.
We do not use Google Analytics advertising features, Google signals, or any link to advertising accounts. The data is not used for advertising, profiling or targeting, and we do not pass it on.
We keep the collected statistics for 14 months from the last visit, after which Google deletes them automatically.
Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Browser settings
Browsers allow cookies to be stored by default. You can change this so that automatic storing is blocked, or so that you are notified every time a cookie is stored. Details are in your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect some functions of the site.
Third-party content
On the contact page and the home page we display a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading the map means a connection to its provider’s server. The Book button leads to an external reservation system — by clicking it you leave this site, and the terms and cookie rules of its operator apply.
